Hey there, I'm Mark and I flip bits. Sometimes I flip them one at a time, but usually I'm flipping a whole bunch all over the place. I currently work in the video game industry and always looking for an opportunity to grow!
While I enjoy all kinds of bit flipping, I find myself particularly interested the mobile, augmented reality, gaming, and philanthropy flavors. In the work tab you'll find some of my more presentable projects from school. On my LinkedIn page you'll find more of my creations with detailed descriptions.
When it comes down to it though, I get excited about problem solving. Really, that's what programming is all about. There are real world needs that technology can solve, whether it's the need to be entertained solved by a game, the need to be healthier solved by a wearable, or the need to be connected to others solved by a social network. My desire is to be a part of solutions that improve peoples lives, even if it's just a little bit.
So what does this all mean to you? Well if you're a company in the Bay Area's tech industry that has room for a fledgling software developer like myself, I want to hear from you!
These are some of the games I've worked on as a Software Engineer.
Here are just a few of the many projects that I've worked on in school.
